These Terms govern your access to and use of MCPGRAM — the platform that connects AI agents to apps, external MCP servers, and workspace tools under one governed layer.

1. Agreement
By creating an account, connecting an app or MCP server, or using MCPGRAM, you agree to these Terms.
2. What MCPGRAM is
- Connect native apps and external MCP servers.
- Expose approved tools to agents through our MCP gateway.
- Manage workspaces, API keys, health, logs, and automations.
3. Open beta
The Service is offered as an open beta. Features may change. No fixed SLAs unless stated in a separate agreement.
4–6. Accounts, connectors, acceptable use
Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your keys and for external MCP endpoints you add. No abuse, unauthorized access, or illegal use.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of fees paid in the three months before a claim or USD $50 if you use the Service free during beta.
