Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of MCPGRAM — the platform that connects AI agents to apps, external MCP servers, and workspace tools under one governed layer.

1. Agreement
By creating an account, connecting an app or MCP server, or using MCPGRAM, you agree to these Terms.
2. What MCPGRAM is
- Connect native apps and external MCP servers.
- Expose approved tools to agents through our MCP gateway.
- Manage workspaces, API keys, health, logs, and automations.
3. Open beta
The Service is offered as an open beta. Features may change. No fixed SLAs unless stated in a separate agreement.
4–6. Accounts, connectors, acceptable use
Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your keys and for external MCP endpoints you add. No abuse, unauthorized access, or illegal use.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of fees paid in the three months before a claim or USD $50 if you use the Service free during beta.

Billing, renewals, and cancellation
- Paid plans (Pro, Team) are purchased through our payment provider (currently Razorpay). Prices may be shown in USD for marketing and charged in INR (or as stated at checkout).
- Unless we offer true auto-renewing subscriptions, access for a paid period lasts until the stated period end after a successful payment. To continue, you may need to renew or purchase again.
- You may cancel a paid plan from Settings → Plan & billing. Cancellation is typically at period end: you keep paid features until the current period ends, then limits return to Hobby (or the then-current free tier).
- You may withdraw a pending cancellation (“Keep plan”) before the period ends.
- Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise (for example, a documented billing error).
- Plan limits (workspaces, API keys, seats, tool runs) are enforced as described on the pricing page and in-product. Exceeding limits may block new actions without deleting existing data.
Acceptable use
You must not use MCPGRAM to violate law, abuse third-party APIs, scrape in breach of third-party terms, distribute malware, or process data you are not authorized to process. We may suspend accounts that create risk for the platform or other users.
Third-party services
Connectors and external MCP servers are provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to data you send through those services. MCPGRAM is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling outside our control.
