How MCPGRAM collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our platform to connect AI agents with apps and MCP servers.

1. Scope
This Policy applies to the MCPGRAM websites and application (including mcpgram.vercel.app and related product surfaces).
2. Who we are
MCPGRAM is operated by its founder, Aryan Verma. For privacy requests, use the Contact page or email aaryanverma4326@gmail.com.
3. Information we collect
- Account data: email, auth identifiers, profile display info, workspace memberships.
- Connection data: OAuth tokens, MCP secrets, server URLs, tool schemas.
- Usage data: tool execution records, agent signals, rate-limit and security signals.
4. How we use information
Provide and secure the Service, execute tools on your behalf, prevent abuse, and respond to support. We do not sell personal data and do not use connected app contents to train third-party foundation models.
5–9. Processors, rights, changes
Hosting and auth providers process data only as needed. You may request access, correction, deletion, or export via Contact. Related: Terms of Service.
Summary
We store what is required to run workspaces, connectors, MCP servers, and logs. You control connections and keys.
Payment information
Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay (or another payment processor we designate). We do not store full card numbers on MCPGRAM servers. We may store subscription metadata such as plan, period end, order and payment identifiers, and billing email needed to provide the service and prevent fraud.
Data retention (billing)
Billing orders, subscription status, and related events may be retained as required for accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Tool execution logs may be retained for a limited period for reliability and abuse prevention, then deleted or aggregated.
