Refund Policy
Transparent rules for cancellations and refunds on paid MCPGRAM plans.

1. Hobby (free)
No payment is collected for the free tier. There is nothing to refund.
2. Paid plans (Pro, Team, Custom)
- Prices are shown on the Pricing page before checkout. There are no hidden platform fees beyond what is displayed at payment (payment provider fees may apply per Razorpay).
- Cancellation is typically at period end: you retain paid features until the current period ends, then return to Hobby limits.
- Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we confirm a documented billing error (duplicate charge, wrong plan charged).
- For billing errors, contact us within 14 days of the charge via Contact with order/payment ID from Razorpay or Settings → Plan & billing.
3. How to cancel
Sign in → Settings → Plan & billing → cancel. You may also email aaryanverma4326@gmail.com from your account email.
